This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

14-Day Right to Cancel

For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the eligible products.

To arrange a return, please contact hello@bejolielondon.co.uk with your order number before sending any items back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Skincare & Hygiene

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain sealed skincare products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns if their protective seal has been broken after delivery and they are unsuitable for return.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Our separate 30-Day First Purchase Money-Back Guarantee may also apply to products that have been opened and tried.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the amount due, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

That's why Be Jolie London offers a 30-Day First Purchase Money-Back Guarantee across all five of our skincare products.

If you are trying a Be Jolie London product for the first time and feel it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each individual Be Jolie London skincare product.

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The guarantee is limited to one unit of each product per customer or household.

• Please provide your order number and identify the product concerned.

• We may request that the product be returned before issuing a refund.

• Return postage for claims under this voluntary guarantee is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Any additional charges paid for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable under this voluntary guarantee.

Products that have been opened and reasonably tried may qualify under this guarantee.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This guarantee is offered voluntarily by Be Jolie London and operates separate
